Mother Nature is King and can not be over ruled. Sorry you'll just have to do what we all did and wait for it to happen.

Why in your previous question do you say you are 17? I've just looked it up. You are a perverted immature idiot, get help now.

Don't worry about it. I know that's easy for me to say, but there are some things that just can't be rushed.
Each of us has a biological clock and when your clock goes off you will wonder why you were so worried.
I'm 46, I have two children (both healthy), and I didn't start puberty until I was 15. I remember being concerned, especially at school during P.E. because we all had to get changed and nearly all the other boys in my class had pubic hairs in all the right places. Obviously I was shorted than the majority of my classmates, my voice hadn't broken and I felt ill at ease with myself.
Then one day, it started. It often starts with a wet dream and I was no exception, but being that much older I knew what it was and I felt relieved and happy. Some boys who have their first wet dream think there is something wrong with them and get a real complex.
So, don't worry. Let mother nature take her course and you too will start puberty.
By the way, one of the advantages of starting late is that you should have fewer skin problems like acne and in older age you will look a lot younger. Most people still think I am in my late 30's. So it's not all bad news, is it?

Well since you were 17 in your previous question. I assume you have now reversed out of puberty. That's okay as now you will have a small penis to go with the size of your brain and with a bit of luck if you keep regressing at that speed you will soon be back into nappies. Then we can all say hooray as we will not have to hear from a moron like you for a while. Who thinks asking questions about sexual matters is something to laugh at, Cos you probably gets your rocks off on doing so.

I am sure you have entered puberty... do you have fur? spots? greasy hair? Feel miserable all the time - then you're in puberty...

However, some people never seem to exit puberty so stick with it!

If you REALLY want to speed up puberty, stop thinking about it so much - time passes more quickly (according to Stephen Hawkings) if you're not contemplating the end of an activity...

Why that?!
I don't think that the sexual development isn't began yet. Probably the part of the development concerning the sexual organs will be ready to start, while other things have already changed.
Puberty is a very complicated and important time of the human life where a lot of hormones attend involving the entire body!
Therefore it's better to don't play with it waiting with calm.

Puberty will happen when it happens. It is hard to speed up. However, you can stimulate more testosterone production by masturbating. Masturbating will not make your penis longer, larger etc. Your penis will get as big as it can from your genetics however, masturbation will help your penis get as big as it can get. So you should feel comfortable masturbating about 2 or 3 times a day. It is okay, it is not harmful in anyway and it just happens to feel great.

There is nothing you can do. Just make sure you hide in the boys changing rooms, else they will make your life a misery.
