lol 3 inches is alot from penis pills, and I highly doubt you will ever acheive that goal without surgery.

You've gotta be kidding; right!
Not even surgery can add functional length like that.
Penis enhancement pills don't really work at all either.
All that Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra do is help to increase the blood flow to the penis when you are stimulated. They don't do anything for size, they simply help with erection and rigidity.
Grow up and be satisfied with what nature gave you.

Questions like this should be addressed to a physician. Pills are a come-on designed to take your money. The body is what it is and changing it will require a lot more than pills.
Perhaps there is a medical procedure that could give you the enhancement you require. You will still need to consult with a physician.
