Secure your feet to a telephone pole with a good chain... then secure your hands to a semi tractor with another chain. Have the driver slowly take up the slack until you are completely off the ground with arms and legs stretched to their fullest. Have the driver pull forward about a foot or so. Your arms will then be long enough to get the phone!
