It depends on what type place they were smoking? If it is an employee smoking in a restaurant bathroom, I would definitely turn them in.

well, i was going to say no but then i started thinking, it's not just the fact that i can''t stand the smell of smoke but what about people who are asthmatic. they should be more thoughtful of people and smoke outside. i know i for one do not appreciate my hair and clothes smelling like smoke
