Rainbow"s not do fall down, they disappear. Rainbow's are the reflation of light. The rain in the air and the light from the sun makes the colored light display. So your answer is no.

A rainbow is an optical effect, not a physical object, so it can't "fall over".

Yes of course, but it would take awhile for you to hear it since sound travels slower then light
