You won't. the fact you already have acces to a computer and know how to write, probably disqualifies you. the theory about reincarnation, we pick lives totally different and opposite from the last one. Perhaps the next Paris Hilton is somewhere or was someone extremely poor like in Africa or Asia, someone with no acces to running water, electricity, education and poops in a lettrine (hole in the ground)
