Read the tyres again. Its law that they have the max running pressure on them, but don't infalte them all the way to that
32 in the front and 30 in the back will see you right, Or go to a garage and look on the inflation chart for your tyre size.

on the sidewall of the tire it says the max amount tire pressure im guessing on that size of a tire would be about 40 PSI just guessing tho and you should run the car at the max pressure cuz you will get better gas mileage

There is an attached plate on the door post of the passenger side
( in USA) and possibly on the same (right hand) side in European cars which will have the proper tire sizes and pressures.
If not on one door post, look on the other.
If plate is missing, go to www.ford.com and find/register to the Ford owner's area. Then you can ask tech support for such info.

Have you looked in the manufacturers handbook, I think it is about 30psi but you would need to look it up in either a Haynes manual or something like that. You can borrow them from the library for free.

30PSi is a safe bet .

Try running 32 - 34 Psi and see if it has an adverse effect on the ride and handling , If not run at around that range .

Go to Halfords and look in a Haynes manual, write it down on a wee sticker, and stick it onto the frame of your door, so you can see it every time you open the door

Go to a tire shop that sells your brand of tire and get their recommendation on tire pressure.
