In anatomical postion(normal position) the fibula is the bone in the leg located on the lateral side(fartherst away from the body)
below the patella (the knee cap)

It's in the lower extremity, or lower leg. Located in the posterior. The anterior (front) bone that you can "feel" is the tibia. The fibula is located "behind" it, "wrapped up" by your calf muscles.
In the lower arm, we have the ulna and radius.
