I actually like Roxanne Amaya better. It sounds prettier to me. Think about it , If someone asked, "What's your name?" The person would say, Amaya Roxanne. I'll bet the reply would be: I don't know are ya? Amaya Roxanne sounds like a question to me.

Amaya - Japanese Origin - Night Rain
Roxanne - Latin Origin - Graceful Rose

I kind of like it. Not sure about it together.

How about:
Amaya Marie
Amaya Rose
Amaya Grace

I love Roxane (just one n). It's a french name from the classical play Cyrano de Bergerac. Roxane was the beauty to be conquered.
I almost called my daughter Roxane. My husband didn't want because he didn't want everybody to sing the Roxane song each time!

Never heard about AMAYA. It's ok but weird next to Roxanne.

Roxanne sounds OK; but "Amaya" sounds like one of those phoney-baloney madeup names....

It depends on how it's pronounced. Is pronounced like you're saying "Am I a Roxanne"? That could cause problems.

How about just Maya? Amaya makes it too hard to say, too many syllables.
