With twins, you have a 50-50% chance of having a c-section. Delivering twin should not hurt more. But timing is everything. Just depends on how you progress, they don't want to jeopardize the 2nd one if the 1st one takes too long to get out.

It would depend on the situation. In some cases, by C-section, but if everything is going well, natural. Try to remember that, there are single babies that have to be delivered by C for one reason or another.
My cousin had twins, naturally. My niece had to have a C with her twins and with her 2 other single births, prior to the twins.

I've never delivered twins but I'm sure that the hurt part would just be doubled not in intensity but in time. The contractions would not get any stronger for the second one.

So long as theyre healthy, the same way a normal baby is. The first is delivered and the second close behind.

Quite often they do c sections for the sake of making things simpler.

As long as there are no problems, vaginally like you would 1 baby...sure its going to hurt mommy more...its labour x 2. Withthe second labour being a little shorter than the first. If there are problems, then they are both delivered by c-section

Same as one delivering one baby, just 2 times back to back :)

It depends on the situation, sometimes you can deliver them vaginally just like you would with one baby if everything is normal and there is no complications, and in other circumstances you have to go in for a C-section.

I know someone that only found out she's having twins once one was out in the world. As soon as the first one got out, they saw another one coming. At first they thought it's the placenta but then realized it's another baby. What a shock.

One at a time. I sure the second one comes along faster and probably doesn't hurt quite as much as the first one, since you are already stretched out.
