The show hasn't been released on video or dvd.

Shows on dvd is a site you can join to vote for your favorite shows to be released on dvd. If the people with the rights to the show see that enough people are interested, they'll respond by offering it :)

You might look in the $1.00 bin at Walmart or the Dollar Store. I sometimes find old shows there.
