While I hope that this isn't a serious question, I am compelled to answer. I have no clue why.
It would depend on how close you are. First, second, first once removed, etc...

there is not any state the position you may legally marry your first cousin. maximum states even ask in case you your particular your no longer! in TX,TN,AR,AZ and NM they might want to be third or more desirable.humorous i presumed the kin tree in Arkansan went instantly up! ha ha
