my ex fabricatd an incident of domestic violence and filed a restraining order. I have indisputable evidence that she is lying. She is trying to justify her abduction of our son by demonizing me. what is the penalty for that?

If you have conclusive proof, and hopefully witnesses, take the info to your lawyer. If you have no lawyer, take it to the judge.

The most likely punishment will be that your son will be taken from the home and placed in foster care, because the natural parents are too involved in hostile activities between themselves to give proper care to a child. And then everyone loses. But that's what will happen anyway, because parents are more concerned about getting back at each other, than the welfare of the child.

Not applicable to you and your wife of course. But the others I mean.

If it is proven she perjured herself, she could get up to five years in prison, or depending on the Judge, he could place her on probation for a period of five years, or house arrest. Go for it!
