Your doctor will probably prescribe you Clomid. He'll have you tell you exactly how you should take it and on what days you should have intercourse. I am going to start taking it tomorrow actually, so we are kind of at the same place in our lives, you and I. Cool! It's two pills for five days in a row, beginning on the fifth day after the first day of your menstruation. After taking the pills for five days, you should not have intercourse for three days. After that you have to start going at it like rabbits, if you catch my drift. I got a three month supply of pills, but my doctor told me that I should get pregnant after the first try. If not, he'll to do a sperm count on my husband. Clomid is not expensive, don't worry about that. There is a chance of twins. I saw that you were thinking about giving up. Don't do that, please. You are really young, much younger than I am, and I am not giving up. Good luck!

I too tried for 14 years to great pregnant and have had cysts and fibroids. Clomid is the most commonly used pill to help try to concieve. I now have a son that turned two years old last week. Best of luck to you.

Your best bet is to start with your ob/gym so they can run some blood work on you. Clomid is the first step, but if you have Polycyctic Ovary Syndrome then Clomid will make it worse all by itself, and there are other meds like Metformin that will work better for you.

The sooner you make the call the sooner you could possibly be pregnant. Good Luck!

i try to conceive for 6month too, and all i did was to calculate my ovation and ferterlity period, i also bukkled up on calcium and folic acid, although i was told to use clomid too but i didn't take it be4 i got pregnant, am 9weeks now, i think all u need to du is to follow ur ovulation period find out the time u are most fertile and have sex with ur husband, u can try this site www.mymonthycycles.com, there u will be able to know when u are most fertile during your ovulation period.

You need to go to a fertility clinic. Pills might not be the best solution in your case, and a fertility doctor will be able to help you come up with a solution that's customized to you and your husband's unique situation.
