You are most likely to ovulate between day 13 and day 16 of your cycle, but everyone is different. You can get ovulation tests just like you can get pregnancy tests. You use it in the morning and it will tell you if you are ovulating. They are sold in the same area as the pregnancy tests and I know Clear Blue makes some.

Just get some ovulation strips and pee on them for a couple cycles. You can get 50 for like 20 bucks on ebay from medical suppliers. THey work great. I used them because i have a 38 day cycle.

Every woman ovulates different, and without using the strips whatever anyone told you would be an average guess.

All that said, i know i ovulate on the 22nd day of my cycle, but i got pregnant on the last couple days of my period on a fluke ovulation and am now 5 months pregnant with a period baby. :)

You supposedly ovulate 14 days BEFORE your period so it would be the 3rd. You should do the calculator on babycenter.com. That's how I conceived my son.
