Butter in moderation...margarine has PHO (partially hydrogenated oils) unless it;s the one with butter and cornoil that is really good and healthy.

Margarine. It is much healthier (half the trans fat!), and there are many versions now that taste just as good as butter!

smart balance, it is neither but i guess i would compare it more to margarine's consistency but tastes like butter.
