IT'S HAND FOOT MOUTH DISEASE. IT'S A VIRUS ALLOT OF KIDS CONTRACT IT. ITS COMMON AROUND SUMMER AND FALL THEY GET BLISTERS IN THE MOUTH,HAND AND FEET. IF THEY ARE OLDER THE DR. CAN RX SOMETHING TO NUMB THEIR MOUTH,BUT OTHER THAN THAT TYLENOL FOR FEVER AND LET THE VIRUS TAKE IT'S COURSE. WASH EATING UTENSILS SEPARATE.ITS CONTAGIOUS. BUT ADULTS DON'T REALLY HAVE TO WORRY. MY SON IS JUST GETTING OVER IT.ALSO IF YOU SHAMPOO A CARPET KEEP YOUR CHILD OUT OF THE ROOM UNTIL IT DRIES THE BACTERIA GOES INTO THE AIR AND THEY CAN GET H-F-M. THAT'S HOW MY BABY GOT IT

blisters on the hands and feet and I think they have soars in the mouth too. babies can get it from having a virus, it lasts between 3 to 10 days. adults and older children can get it as well. By the way it is called " the hand, foot, and mouth disease "

Never heard of it......heard of hand foot and mouth.
It is a virus much like chicken pox, highly contagious,not too serious and has little blisters on the hands, feet, mouth (and tongue and throat).
Kids can run a mild to high fever and are often in pain......my son had it and it wasn't too bad.
My nephew had it, he was really sick.
It is highly contagious and spreads like crazy....disinfect and keep him away from other kids!

Coxsackie virus.. My baby had it and she had a fever with sores in her throat that made her lose her appetite. She was miserable for about a week. Then she gave it to me, I had a high fever and my throat was killing me. But luckily for me it only hurt for a day. It's not fun!! And there's no medicine for it, just Tylenol to keep the fever down.

It happens when you kick someone in the a'ss, then rub your aching foot with your hand then put that hand in your mouth like a spaz who is dumbfounded as to why his foot hurts and his hand smells bad.
Update; OK, OK. I didn't realize this was a thread about babies. My bad; it's early for me.

my son had it . they are sore in you mouth he could barely eat. it is just something people get.like colds or the flu.
