NO. Keep in mind milk goes bad because of auxiliary substances like bacteria entering it, not because it's temperature is increased. Only if the cow has an infection or other related health issues could the milk be bad, but i still don't think it would sour.
ALSO: If a cow is not milked they will stop producing milk.

In its raw state ‘straight from the cow’ milk contains bacteria from several sources:
the inside and the outside of the cow’s teats
the udder
the hide of the animal.
it means it can be infected and sour from inside

If cows aren't milked, they stop producing milk. Same as human mothers. The milk in the udder will naturally dissipate.

Yes,it will also die. Which makes me wonder...who thought of milking them,and how come they did'nt all die out earlier
