Your question is very confusing. I think you're trying to explain that you were on the depo provera birth control shot that you get every 3 months. If you came off of it in July, your periods will be screwy for at least 3 months. When I finally started my period after getting off the shot, it was a killer. Heavy bleeding, serious cramps, very unpleasant to deal with. Please make your question more understandable and I'll try to give you more information.
