Is it just me ? I'm 52, restless and somewhat discontented with life!
What is your experience? how do you deal with it? Is it different for men?

I am 44 and going through the same thing.
I think part of it is I might be entering menopause. I am frequently very discontented with my life. I have found that planning a trip (and actually taking it) has made me feel much better.

I'm 32 and feel like I am. I've got a lot on my plate and sometimes I just wanna pick up and travel the country. I realize the grass may not be greener and i think about how important my family is to me... so I stay. I deal w/ it best with physical activity, good lovin', and communication.
