I receive tons of junk mail in my mail box (not e mail) daily, delivered by the mail man....to the point that it's a bit overwhelming

Go to the post office with a letter stating that you no longer wish to recieve junk mail. Place a sign on your mail box NO JUNK MAIL ( sorry for the caps) but you must do it this way. That way they should beable to read it. However one of the qualifications to work at a postal outlet is that you must not beable to read so good.

Tell your mailman to stop delivering it to you. "Return to sender" that really pisses them company off that spam people at their home. Call your local post office and ask what can be done.

Your telephone number and home address should be unlisted (in the telephone book, I mean).
