I need some websites for my sister that are safe and fun,She is 15 but she has mental disabilities which cause her to have a low mentality of a 7 year old and she can't read hardly anything only 4 to 6 letter words.Does anyone have some fun websites for her to go to that doesn't involve alot of reading?Please help.

They have a playhouse and some games - it's a pretty fun and interactive site. Good for you for taking good care of your sister!!

Nickelodeon has a nice kid's site (I know your sister isn't a kid, but it may be on her level).
They have games, some of their shows and other things to do. You may have to navigate to the games or shows for her, as the homepage of their site is ranther cumbersome.
