I think for the most part I buy name brand: All, Scott, Blue Bunny, etc. I do buy store brand too especially in veggies. I think they are both fine in quality, but perhaps it is the advertising on most that has me brainwashed into thinking I should buy them over store brand.

If I was home in the States, I would by both brand and store brand, but I live in Italy and I shop at the Commissary on base, and they have few off brand here. It's kind of irritating!

It depends on the product. Ideally(in a lot of cases, but maybe not all) one day the "name brand" will become the store brand.... I see a vision. It's the same thing after all.

name brand for most, exctept at a grocery store I usually try the store brand, it is usually private labeled for the store from a big name company anyway and has to be the highest of quality...

I buy both...although I like to stick to name brand household cleaning products...I don't mind if some foods are not name brands.
