first do a virus scan of your computer. When it ends, and says there are some files that cant be deleted, write them down and then restart your computer. When the computer's black screen comes on hit f8 to take you to safe mode. Go in to your program files>windows>system 32 file and find look for the names of the files that your virus software couldnt delete. When you find it, delete the folder.

that will get rid of the pop up.

Do this daily, and scan attachments before you download them.

Try going to top of your Browser. Click Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files. Check Offline content if the box shows. This may get rid of it.

Maybe ur antivirus license is already expired that why a popup keeps on appearing ur screen.

Or maybe ur pc is really infected with those nasty viruses and worms.

So you, have to renew ur AV license so that u can update ur virus definition and use your AV engine again.

Above answers are good ways to keep you free of virus & malwares. My advice to try Yahoo toolbar with anti spy, it can delete some spyware adware for free .

does it ask you to purchase a specific brand of software? if so, that sounds like spyware to me. download ad-aware. this will scan for viruses and spyware plus it is free. let me know if this doesnt get rid of it.
