I think she is a really cute baby. She looks just like her mom.
I hate how people are saying all of these terribly mean thigs about a baby! Whats the point? You don't know anything about these people. Just because they wanted to keep the one thing thats really important to them private for a while private you jump all over them. Just bewcuase they are famous doesn't mean they arent entitled to as much privacy and respect as anyone else

Cute baby - looks like Katie. I still don't believe Tom is the natural Father though. Poor Katie is stuck with that idiot. It's a shame those good looks were wasted on such a moron!

Beautiful, lots of hair, very, very cute. Katie looks truly happy in those photos. Don't like Tom Cruise much though but I wish their family well.

She is a beautiful baby, but no more beautiful than other babies, just richer. I think all the hoopla with the first baby pictures was stupid. Nobody was that excited to get a glimpse of MY daughter, and she was just as pretty.

She is a cutie pie.....Tom & Katie should be very proud. She looks like she will have long hair, its not common for a baby that small to have that much hair. I would like to see more pictures of her soon......

Saw her pic on the news. Really did not care if i ever saw the kid or not--but she is cute and surely does have a lot of hair.
