drastic thing u have done for diet and loosing weight?

I ate a nearly raw burger so that i'd get food posioning!! STUPID I KNOW !! but i was 15 at the time i went from 7st 5lbs to 5st 9lbs it was terrible now i'm more mature and won't ever do somethin stupid like that again!!

To be honest - nothing drastic unless you count going to the Gym, weight watchers and jogging all in one week for months. Did lose plenty of weight but it took 6 months!

My friend ate only cereal for 1 month before her wedding. She did loose loads of weight but I hate to think what damage it's done her in the mean time.

Only eat something small once a day, when your trying to lose weight you have to eat 3 times a day. Your biggest meal should be at lunch. If your not doing this right then the next time you eat, you'll gain more.

Becoming a parent! Tho Im not meaning.. go out and get pregnant! Jus sayin thats been my best way of losing weight! Lol All tha running about etc.. Lol

i went down to about 1,000 calories a day with about 10-20 grams of fat. i lost about 60lbs in three months. but i only ran/walked 3 or 4 times a week

Cut out food but it didn't last. As soon as I started eating, back came the weight. You have to balance out these things. It's tricky.

Never did anything stupid, but just tried tocut off 'bad' food. but thei've actually spent this summer eating raw green peas strawberries blackberries and cottage cheese and other vegetables.I've eaten as many fruits as i wanted but now i notice that i dont want to eat those giant portions i've eaten before

I did the laxative thing. It didnt work. Just gave me bad cramps at 3 a.m.!
