Iv been with my boyfriend for nearly a year I love him more than anything else on this earth and the other day when I was jus messing around with his phone I came accros what Id say is the end of my life. Therer were a numerous amount of txt messages from various girls. I wread them all one after the other and its obvious hes cheated on me. I confronted him about it and he lied straight off and I caught him out. I feel so used and betrayed that I cant explain it. I havnt spoken 2 him since and hes been begging me 4 another chance. The boys he hangs around with even said hed broken down crying about it and assured me it was only sex he was after with these girls and he loves me. I also found out that hed been going 2 c this gil every so often when I thought he was u he was up his mates.say once a month.iI feel even worse. I dont know what to do. Im never going to be able 2 trust him again and I suppose I hate him 4 doing this 2 me. I feel sick, unattractive, stupid and a fool. Help.

Men will lie about this until their dying breath!
If he wanted spontaneous sex he should have taken you to the park!
If he doesn't admit to you on his own what he has done, count this as a failed relationship and move on.
The only points I can give him is that he truly misses what he has ruined, but even that won't change what has happened.
Don't hound him for details or their names, it won't help anything!
Feeling foolish after this is normal, I was physcially ill when I found out my ex was cheating on me.
You need to let this go.
It's the best thing you can do for the both of you.

The hard Truth is that no matter how much he cries, or begs you for forgiveness, he is still not in to you. If he was he never would have cheated on you in the first place.If you forgive him and take him back you are giving him permission to do it again and again, Remember how you feel.Do you ever want to feel that way again? If you do, forgive him. If you don't tell him to hit the road and leave yourself the room to find someone who is into you. a cheater will always cheat again until he finds the women he is into. It's just what some men do when they feel the need to be wanted, you man needs to grow up. I suggest you stay strong and be happy that you don't have children with this man or even worse PREGNANT!

You should have texted the girls back telling them that you were going kick the living crap out of them...
...after that, i would have still stayed away from him. Usually guys who cheat once (or in this case, twice) will continue that behavior. I would move on and find another guy who won't do this to you.

It is hard to say on this one...if his friends helped him lie to you about where he was then how do you know that they are not lying now when they said he cried. If he truly loved you then you should be enough for him and he should not need to have sex with others...ask him what it is that he gets from them that he does not get from you and see what you can do about it...If you two truly love one another talk it out and try to make it work...Life is fleeting so love when you can to make it worthwhile

I know this is realy hard for you, sence you have been with this guy for a year. but you realy should move on, You can find another guy who will treat you so much better. Go out with you friends and have fun forget about the looser and meet someone knew.

why are you feeling bad cause he is the one that screwed up.
