Our t.v. was on for the first several days following 9/11. We slept with it on. My husband is in the Military, but he was on leave at the time 9/11 happened because we had received new order's and we were getting ready to move from Washington State to Florida, so we were listening to the news all the time waiting to see if President Bush was going to start sending in the Military right away, or if they were going to hold off. It was a scary time.

My son was born on 11th september 2001 at 9.25am in scotland. there was an american lady in the bed opposite. i found out when their visitors came in and i overheard. I did not get to see the tv til the next day.
We planned to call our son Logan as it is a scottish family surname, after naming him we found out that boston airport where the plane left from is called the same.
so not only was he born on 9/11 he was named Logan!

I think we finally went to bed around 11pm. It was so sad but we were glued to the TV.

My usual time. I was watching the tv that morning when it was happening. I had Good Morning America on abc, on my tv, which I watch every morning.

It was a normal hour. When you have to get up in the moring to go to work, you have to sleep. but I was glued to the t.v. while I was not working..........
