Gastroenteritis covers a lot of ground. There are many many conditions ranging from severe to mild. I have Crohns disease which is a gastroenteritis condition. SO is IBS, Colitis and a whole range of other conditions. Ask your Doctor what your exact condition is and for a treatment plan.
