Just because they have the ability to make money does not necessarily mean that they can handle the matters of state. A politician, should be a man of the people and not of the grand ballrooms; a politician has to be an idealist that loves his environment; a politician, should be versed in the affairs of his country and of the rest of the world; a politician, should be a compassionate and understand pacifist when the circumstances demand it; a politician should be an impartial and honest man that loves his country.

Virginia just finished up 8 years with a Governor that came from the business world and he did a great job. He could have been re-elected if our state constitution didn't have term restrictions in it. There is even talk he will run for president. His name is Mark Warner - keep an eye out for him.
