You are reaching out for help. That is a good sign. And maybe all the talk of murder is a cry for help, or a final plea for that divorce. People who want to die don't threaten to kill themselves, they just do it. You must not want to die just yet. There is hope. There is a chance at a new life. You don't need her to "give" you a divorce. You can just do it. I'm divorced, I know. Then, sue the f&^%*ing pants off the police that framed you, make millions, and get on with a better life. Sure, you thought she would be by your side forever, "til death do you part". but that isn't the case. Acceptance is easy. Move on. Good Luck and Much Love.

Here is your statement from your other query:

Suicide,Murder / Both?

I met this girl when we were 18 , we married at 21 and Everything has been going smooth for a period of 7 years,Her family were Super, We had two lovely children,a pact made in heaven, then I was accused of serial rape. I lost my Job , faced a serious haul in jail. There was no chance I would ever find a decent Job again. She then started accusing me of cheating. I was ex-communicated > She and her family spread rumours. I had to literally live on the street and beg for food.I was acquitted. Turned out the rapist confessed.Found a Job with the government earn thrice as much. Can't go to Church hate those hypocrites. Put her through college though we were separated, for the kids you know. Now She won't give me a divorce. She said only death shall do us part. Should I kill Her,then Myself .I can't bear the thought of living with her again. She betrayed me in the worst possible way. (Please no jokes)

As several other commenters have stated, you don't need her permission to get a divorce.

Get a lawyer who specializes in Family Law and proceed.
Also, you might want to consider a Civil Trial specialist to see if you can receive any compensation for the false accusations - and to get your bogus criminal records expunged.
If you are in the USA, go to www.martindale.com and select your city and the two specialties I listed. You ought to get plenty of referrals.

I sincerely wish you the best of luck - most of which you will make yourself.
