No murder OR suicide.
There are places you can go to get a divorce even if she doesn't want one. Contact a matrimonial lawyer in your state and ask about the process in your state for a contested divorce.
Then get on with your life.

You don't need her permission to get a divorce. If you want one, go get one. It really is as simple as that.
