I have lived in the United States for over 25years. I went to visit the my birth place Iran & do to some Legality that is exclusive only to this country I was forced to stay more than the time that I was permitted & now I don’t know how to com back home.
If any body out there knows what to do or knows of any one who dos pleas help me to com back home thanks

if you are a green card holder you can stay out up to 18 months without penalty if holder of us passport you have no time limit top be sure i would check with www.us.uscis.com look for links
