Ive got a cold, and sneezing heavely, ive fallen over and nobody is sitting next to me at work. run out of toilett roll, but thang god for the carpet on th efloor.

Yes somebody at work brought a cold back from holiday, and now it is spreading around the office like wildfire.

I don't know if you have a Walmart but there is a Drink/vitamin you can take and you will be better by the next day. It is called Emergen-C it has 1000mg of vitamin C right off the bat. Try it! It works great!!!

I had cold just a few days ago it was bad i still have a bit cold. I took my voice and my head was killing me.

yes i have one right now i feel crap and its gone into my chest so i cant breathe properly. i'm on 8-8 shifts today and tomoro so i'm just going to have to spread my germs about the office if im working these stupid shifts!!

no I just got over one. Drink plenty of fluids, hot tea, juice, chicken broth, etc. Get plenty of rest and you will be over it in ten days to two weeks.
