Hi,, there are a lot of misconceptions about the Masonic order.. Many are so wrong and have no idea .
We are Not a secret organization.. We have lodges in most every city around the world,, If it were secret,, no one would know where we met,, (think about it).. we even have addresses and phone numbers publish,, so there again,, whats so secret about it??
We believe in God,, whether you call him God or Allah,, or what ever,,, as long as it is God... Most of our work is taken right from the Bible,,, so,, (are we sinister)?? I don't think so....
We try to have men of good character to become members of the Lodge... That does not mean everyone is a good person,, but that is pretty much anywhere..
We have childrens homes and eye clinics, and the Shriner's have the childrens hospitals and burn clinics... These are not paid by any federal or state money, just from our own dues and donations...
I hope that this in some small way, helps answer your question..
take care and good luck

Freemasons are a fraternity "men only" There is also a female version called the Eastern Star. They have three appendent bodies the York Rite Scottish Rite and Shriners. Masons raise money for charity providing millions of dollars a day to various charities and it costs about 8 million a day to run a Shriners hospital where a child is treated at no charge. A society of secrets rather than a secret society all our rituals are plastered all over the Internet. But our grips, keys, and tokens are kept as secret as possible in the information age. Another words don't believe all you read on the Internet!

Let's go back to the Bible.
Jesus was the master builder and his cornerstone was "rejected" by Zionist Israel during his time. I use the term Zionist to mean those who claim to be Jewish but really worshipped Baal and other gods in direct defiance of God's Law.
Freemasonry is a pseudo-Christian (in reality, Zionist) organization which claims brotherhood and all that fun stuff. Once you obtain the 33rd degree, you are introduced to Satanic worship.
The Skull and Bones Society at Yale is an extreme Masonic organization.
Many fraternal groups model themselves after the Masons. Some religious groups have members who are Masons (some as high as 32nd degree) but no 33rd degree Masons (as far as we know).

Freemasonry is a fraternal organization whose membership is held together by shared moral and metaphysical ideals and—in most of its branches—by a constitutional declaration of belief in a Supreme Being.[1]
The fraternity of Freemasonry uses the allegorical metaphors of operative stonemasons' tools and implements, to convey what is most generally defined as: A peculiar (some say particular or beautiful) system of morality veiled in allegory and illustrated by symbols.[2] This is illustrated in the 1991 English Emulation Ritual.[3]
The Freemasons refer to those who are not Freemasons as "cowans" because in architecture a cowan is someone apprenticed to bricklaying but not licenced to the trade of masonry.
It is an esoteric society only in that certain aspects are private;[4] Freemasons have stated that Freemasonry has, in the 21st century, become less a secret society and more of a "society with secrets."[5][6][7] Dr. Dieter Anton Binder,[8] a historian (and not a Freemason) who is a professor at the University of Graz (Austria) describes Freemasonry as a "confidential" society in contrast to a secret society in his book Die diskrete Gesellschaft.[9] Most modern Freemasons regard the traditional concern over secrecy as a demonstration of their ability to keep a promise[10] and a concern over the privacy of their own affairs.[11] "Lodge meetings, like meetings of many other social and professional associations, are private occasions open only to members."[12][13] The private aspects of modern Freemasonry deal with the modes of recognition amongst members and elements within the ritual.[3][7]
While there have been many disclosures and exposés dating as far back as the eighteenth century, Freemasons caution that they often lack the proper context for true understanding, may be outdated for various reasons,[14] or could be outright hoaxes on the part of the author.[12] In reality, Freemasons are proud of their true heritage and happy to share it, offering spokesmen, briefings for the media, and providing talks to interested groups upon request.[12]

here is a detailed explanation of the history and symbolism of free masonry. It is very objective. i have done some research as my Husbands grandfather was a free mason and wanted my husband to get involved- After finding out what they were truly about- though they do perform "good deed" we decided it would not be for us.
There is also a group associated with the free masons for the wives called the Eastern Stars - His grandmotherwas very involved in this.

it's just a frat club for grown men. They do community work, have secret teachings and are vowed to take care of each other's families after a member passes.
It's secretive & dates back to George Washington...he was a mason. Many men that have led this nation were masons.

They believe in one almighty creator, they do a lot of charity work but don't discuss openly what they do at their ceremonies.

Im afraid they stand for very little.
Its, basically, a "secret club" for outcasts that tend to be people how have very few friends. They also do some community service.
