In the early eighties, there was a song played regularly on FM radio in Philadelphia, with the chorus something like "...living in a Third Floor Shack..."
Does anyone know the neame of the song and/or the band?

Anita: Thanks, but no it's not the Talking Heads song. The band was pretty obscure, and I think that was their only "hit".

OK doing a search of "third floor shack" I found an album from BIlly Glenn. Talks about the Philly sound, could this be it? I don't remember the artist, but could have been a more regional act.
