i have samsung d600 and d500 and unless you mean the puk code which you will have to get of o2 customer care or online www.o2.co.uk it is usually 0000 you can reset this to 0one of your own so if the phone belonged to someone before you they may have done this so 0000 will not work but if you have always had the phone and not put your own phone lock number on then it should be 0000 but ask customer services if you can,t get it to work using 0000

Samsungs usually start with "0000" unless you change it, if you go to provider
