Stains are usally in t-shirts but shirts as well. White stains that appear once the underarm area is dry. Normal washing and stain removers don't seem to work.

Mix together baking soda and salt in cold water. Paste onto the affected area, and leave for fifteen minutes. Wash the paste off with cold water, soak in an enzyme containing detergent, wash as normal.

Wash your shirts inside-out all the time.

blood i think you should soak them in cold water first to loosen the fibers for a few hour then wash them normally

well i use a makeup sponge to rub it off. also just take the shirt and rub it together and a lot comes off, but the clean makeup sponge applicator really works
