While slightly saltier than cow's milk, camel milk is highly nutritious. Designed after all for animals that live in some of the roughest environments, it is three times as rich in Vitamin C as cow's milk. It is rich in minerals and lower in saturated fats.

In Russia, Kazakhstan and India doctors often prescribe it to convalescing patients. Aside from Vitamin C, it is known to be rich in iron, unsaturated fatty acids and B vitamins.

Some researchers (In India) are even making creams which may help reducing wrinkles on face. There are six types of fatty acids found in camel milk, including lanolic acid, which is effective in controlling wrinkles as well as improving skin tone.

The associated drawbacks with Camel milk are:
a) It catches fungus within 3 to 10 days (So needs a preservative)
b) The animal is such that milking it is a big problem.

Both are good. As camel milk is not easily available so we are not used to it. It should be drunk on the same day it is got from the camel. It is not good for the next day. It has a little bit different taste and it is thick. But in Gulf countries they drink camel milk. They are used to it. Cow milk has lots of good properties.

Cow's milk is for COWS and Camel's milk is for CAMELS... How are you going to feed milk for animals to your kid? I think there is a big misunderstanding about milk, not even cow milk is good for humans... Milk is a huge industry and they have the market under their guidelines... but you can find information about how bad the milk is for humans if you do a search on the internet. Try an alternative like SOY MILK... where you can find what your body really needs. I hope it helps....

Cow's milk. Camel's milk is not suitable for humans. For ages cow's milk has provided nutrition to people. Cow's milk is 'designed' for humans.

If you are 11 ft tall camel's milk would be best, but at normal human height it takes only a lttle bending to get to the cows ****....
So first find out how tall you stand, that is more important than the above question....
