Mental. With a mind that is strong and healthy, you can help the body do the same. If the body is healthy but your mind isn't, you won't physically feel that way. If you are having some personal problems, then go see someone and get that out of the way. Then when your mind starts to heal, you will see that your body will start to either heal or you will feel better.

At least for me, took a while to consider. I think mental is more important. If in a youth, you can reason-- with time. They might be able to understand--given time. With the elderly, I think it would be the same. The same with any age, I guess. Mental

mental because with a strong mind you may get what you are after physcical is good but if you have no mind to go along with it what good is it really?

REally If u talk about it, then let me tell you dear its the mental health which is given first priority and then any thing else, when you will be mentally fit then only you will be successful thats all.

Mental health, you can be in perfect physical health but if you jump off of a bridge it doesnt matter much. Or, if your crazy, thats gonna stand out alot more than your physical state.
