How many people per flight? (average)
What is the drink policy? 1 per person, 1 split between 2 people?
What was your average drink consumption last month? last year?
How much do the beverages cost? Is there an outlet to get cheaper beverages?
Do you think you should have a new policy for drinks to cut the cost?
How much space is needed to keep them in the condition required ie cold cooler?
What are the total sales each day?
What kind of drinks are served?

#1 what is the total amount usually consumed per passenger #2 how much is the drink costing us ?#3 on a quick fliht what is the difference between beverage consumption of a longer flight?#4 are you using enough ice with these drinks?#5 how many times a week do we have to restock?

1. How many drink size bottles of alcohol are consumed?
2. What is the total cost?

3. How many alcoholic drinks are served gratis in 1st class?
4. What percentage of consumption is gratis?

5. How many alcoholic drinks are sold in economy class?
6. What percentage of consumption is sold?

7. Does the recorded drinks sold and those gratis, balance with the total consumption?
a. Is there any shortage?

8. How much revenue in dollars is produced by the drinks that are sold?

9. What percentage of the total cost in dollars is recovered?

10. If no shortage, is the recovered revenue in dollars, enough to cover the total dollars consumed, including those gratis?

If 10 is not true, can the prices be increased?
Can gratis drinks be decreased, or sold at full or discounted prices?

I would ask similar questions regarding soft drinks, although they would not be sold.

I would want notice to be taken of how many soft drinks were discarded with little consumed.
Maybe smaller containers could be served.
Same with coffee.

Recently, one airline removed "one olive" from the salad served in 1st class.

They saved $30,000.00 in one year.

How do the company list its usage individually on each flight?
Who is in charge of this listing?
Who will look after the overal listings for each day?
Can the orders be regulated? How often and how much is order.
What type of drinks are ordered?
How much space is needed to keep them in the condition required ie cold cooler?
Does each flight have enough space to accomondate the requirements for each drink?
Can a checking off system be put into place for each drink used, each cases and each create?

Does each flight path have a differnet consumption? How much? Which ones?
