OK finally i've made it up to $900 - $1000
As before i need a Gra. Card
Don't want a TV Tu.
need a modem.
wireless keyboard & mouse.
a superb chassy.
intel mother board
which processor less than 3.0 GHz would be better (intel).

this is where everyone says what they have or want to have with out thinking about your question. the key here is your buget. 700 clams.
the bacis grafix card [agp and pci-e x16] will cost 60-90$. mid grade is from 135-195$ and 700[total in hand] wont get you into hi-end. memory is down to about 80$ per ghz for ddr400] as for the mobo and cpu, if you dare to overclock with knowege, you can get more for less. you will need about 100-150$ for non bling items[e.g. case,pwr suply, rom drives...]i run a 85$ mobo,100$ ddr400, 105$cpu,45$cpu fan,65$ video card.***all brand names with held***
on the cpu..2.6ghz forever running at 2.8 or 3.0 when gameing.the video card drivers and software allow for fine tuneing and bench marking. i have been playing F.E.A.R. which also allows to test and adjust things as well. if you play online, you will need atleast 2 ghz of memory.
my #2 rig is the same but the cpu is a 45$ 2 core,2.66 that also run at 2.8.i just got it last week and am working up to the rated oc of 3.1.

required configs are the most bare minimum to play the sport. attempt going into the options of the sport and reducing the pics for it. shadows and AA are quite frustrating for gpus to manage no matter if that's not a extreme-end one.
