I am just wondering why in the world alot of people today like to have there undergarments hanging out of there cloaths instead of under them?And does anyone agree it's pretty discusting to see.

Some girls think it will attract guys and they'll think they're "hott". I think it looks just plain sloppy and their clothes are either too big, or two small and their underwear is too big. Hve you ever noticed the age of people doing that? Usually mid to late teens.
As for guys, as Keith said on Hell's Kitchen, "that's how I roll". They're trying to make a statement although it's not getting them very far.

I don't like it when my kids do it, much less if I see the role models they are emulating. But then, I used to dress unconventionally in my own time and the more my parents would say about it, the more I'd do it. Now I'm in an executive job and wear a suit and tie.
Kids need a little space to experiment with who they want to be. Adolescence is the time when the opposite sex comes into play, and that's a scary proposition when you realize your pre-teen self doesn't quite cut it.

It used to drive me crazy, but now I just don't pay attention to it. The worst is when a perfectly pretty girl lets her thong hang completely out. But if they care that little about covering their body then why should I care?

I don't know, but I do understand that 'realy' is spelled really**, 'there' is supposed to be their***, 'cloaths' is spelled clothes*** and 'discusting' is spelled disgusting***....
Horrible spelling is pretty disGusting to see in my opinion.
