I constantly get them. It's like a gnawing feeling in my stomach and it actually growls sometimes too. I know I'm not hungry because I eat all of the time. What causes it and how do I make it stop?

Start in the morning by drinking a glass of water with lemon in it, that will tell your stomach what is wants to hear, it has fuel. Keep a bottle of water by your side all day and drink it frequently but not a lot all at once. If you still have hunger pains try nibbling on crackers or something small to satisfy your tummy.

Drink 6-8 Glasses of water a day, it will help with digestion, when it gurgles your colon is trying to digest the food and it's a lot of time gas, which is normal, but if you drink the water it helps.
People tend to think that your stomach does all the digesting but it doesn't, the nutrients of the food are taken out in the intestine.
If you eat a lot of gassy food it will gurgle too
