You cant resolve within four hours, after that just "Choose as best answer" and it will be sorted.

You have to wait something like one day, choose a best answer and then it will show as resolved.

It is automatic, go to answer then resolved or was it discover then resolved? also
try this Start Button/Set program access and defaults.
Try resetting your email and IE default status.
If it's not in the list, right click start menu area
/properties/customise and add it.
