What does it mean when you dream about being burnt by someone else ?

The dream involved me being chased through a hospital waiting area by a guy holding a water spray bottle, but he struck a match and the liquid inside ignited as he sprayed it.. I shouted at everyone around me and layed under a table and he burnt the backs of my legs.

we tend to think of hospitals as safe places where wounds are healed and not caused, this part of the dream signifies that you need to be on you guard everywhere even in safe places. the fact you shouted but no one helped you or stopped the guy suggests you feel you can't get help.
