how do you go around an administration's firewall in effect ALL over campus?

well at my old school all you had to do is hit CTRL , Shift, and Tab at the same time and you might get a password box at my old school it was lgca but each campus changes that some don't even have a password! the password was normally something that has to do with your campus...
