ok, i've completed my 12th grade in the arts stream with 91% marks. i want to work in an advertising agency in the creative department, preferably abroad (i live in india). which country offers the best scope for advertising and which company? i want to do my graduation in india. i would like to know which is the best college in india for taking up advertising later. What is the stream that i have to opt for?
p.s - my aptitude towards the english language and advertising is very high.
if there are any good colleges for gradutaion level abroad...then which are the ones?

I would recommend seeking an apprenticeship or an intern program at any advertising company. This will earn you practical experience, while you're still going through school. It would prove you are a competent worker, and gain the confidence of your employer.
