Well, i think japanese animation/anime brings not only entertainment but some values which can be adapt in the society. I think what affects most is the lifetyle or kind of living, as well as the personality of the characters in an anime.
For me, what affects me most is the plot/story. I watch shows with twists and turns of its story, because it makes me to want or crave for more, hehe.
Since i'm an amateur artist(i can draw anime characters), i really put my attention to the drawings. By looking at the postures, as well as the body parts of the characters, i can get some, well styles? not really, but to adapt it when i draw something. I usually got difficulties when drawing certain body parts, and my memory and imagination(if any) are what i relied most to be able to smoothen things out.

Its artistic expression and like you said ONLY FANTASY. At what point did parents aleviate themselves of responsibility to their youth IE: distinguishing the difference between reality and fantasy. That something presented as entertainment should not be taken as something literal. If an individual lacks the capacity to distinguish between what is real and what is entertainment, has no moral boundaries or concept of what is wrong or right, thats a predicament and a failing on the parents behalf, an education system and a welfare system. Also why can't a parent control what their child watches? (Ah, that's right. It is much easier to wave responsibility and blame someone or something else.)

what kind of question is that? japanese animes are awesome, man, but it's all fantasy and all made up. it depends on the person if he takes anime seriously... i mean, to the filipino youth? oh c'mon!

No different than any other thing they watch. Anime is just for entertainment.

Basically it gives them entertainment but for others like me and my friends, it gave way to our creative side...just my opinion though...

sometimes they adopt it in the outside world and to other people even it is entairtement to them.
