You could put a comma before "so" if you take out the word "that."

No comma, capitalize I. Could also leave out "that."

Correct: I've learned to plan and prioritize my responsibilities so I can stay motivated and be more productive.

Commas are always tricky. People seem to want to put them in everywhere, but they should actually be used sparingly. Just because you pause doesn't mean you need a comma. I have attached a link that might halp you out with comma questions in the future.

There is no need to put comma! You can replace the word " so that"! You can stop the sentence in the word" responsibilities" and make a new sentence starting with the phrase " In this way"!

No comma is needed. The word "so" is similar in meaning to "because" and MANY people mistakenly place commas after both. Usually, the only time a comma is needed for the word "so" is if it is the first word in the sentence.

EXAMPLE: So, are we leaving now?

The only thing I would change is to delete unnecessary words. Kill "that" and "more" and the sentence is supurb.
